KOMODER LTD is registered in the personal data processing register under registration number 28467. In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to personal data processing and the free circulation of said data, amended and completed, and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding personal data processing and the protection of private life in the field of electronic communications, KOMODER LTD is under obligation to manage the personal data that you provide to us in connection with yourselves, a family member, or any other person, in a secure manner and only for the purposes specified. Data is collected in order that commercial messages may be conveyed over the telephone or via e-mail and for the confirmation of orders.
Terms and Conditions
The following rules establish the confidentiality policy of KOMODER LTD. This policy explains in what way KOMODER will use any type of personal information that you may provide while using the website www.komoder.co.uk
Personal information means any type of information that identifies you personally (for instance: your name, address, e-mail address, etc.). The information you provide when you request a quotation is used by KOMODER to send you information about our products, promotions, discounts, etc. KOMODER will use your e-mail address to periodically e-mail you a newsletter about our products. These periodic newsletters will offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe, should you wish to do so.
In accordance with Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access the data and to intervene so as to modify said data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision, and the right to sue. At the same time, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and to request that such data be deleted. In a situation where KOMODER should sell its legal entity in part or in its entirety to a third party, KOMODER reserves the right to transfer your information as part of any assets sold or transferred.
KOMODER collects information from its clients in order to be able to honor any orders and to offer our customers complete information about our products and the technical details thereof. The collected information includes: name, delivery address, billing address, telephone numbers, and e-mail address. No credit card information shall be collected or saved by our site.
We will endeavor to let you know if any changes should occur in our confidentiality policy that may affect the way in which we use the information supplied by you. However, we encourage users to act responsibly with regard to personal data confidentiality and to periodically check the rules stipulated by this policy.
Payment and Delivery
Any order placed via this website has contractual value. In some cases, the products will be delivered via a courier service or via KOMODER’s own logistics, depending on the customer’s location. Transport costs will be covered by KOMODER. Our products will be delivered within 24 hours from the moment the order has been confirmed, with the exception of Sundays and legal holidays. In exceptional cases, if the ordered product is not in stock at the time the order is placed, you will be notified by our operators as to the earliest date that our product will reach you.
KOMODER needs your billing (invoicing) and delivery information in order to issue either an invoice or a pro forma invoice, as the case may be. Payment of the pro forma invoice can be made depending on your preferences and on the value of the product(s) ordered.
The Right to return your product: 14 days cool off period
At KOMODER, we strive to provide you with the highest quality massage chairs designed to enhance your well-being and relaxation. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to return a product. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience.
You have the right to cancel online purchases and other purchases of goods and services that you have not made in a store or showroom (for example, by telephone) within 14 days. You do not need to provide a reason in this case.
However, the 14-day cool-off period does not apply to all purchases. Exceptions are, for example: Specially manufactured or personalized products.
The 14-day cool-off period starts from the day you receive the product. After these 14 days, the right to return the product expires. If your cool-off period does not expire on a working day, it will be extended to the next working day.
As indicated, these legal guidelines do not apply to purchases of massage chairs in our showrooms or to purchases made by telephone or written orders following your showroom visit.
For a return or exchange to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- 1. The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. If parts are missing, your return may not be accepted.
- 2. The massage chair should not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
- 3. All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Returning products after the 14-day reflection period is only accepted if the warranty conditions apply.
If your product is damaged, you must report this to us within 48 hours by e-mail or telephone contact.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, KOMODER will cover the return shipping expenses. If, for any other reason, there is a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for such returns.
When returning a product, the following methods are possible:
- 1. Use the KOMODER shipping service: If this shipping method is selected, we can provide the customer with detailed instructions and assist in coordinating the return. However, the associated shipping costs will still be the customer’s responsibility.
- 2. Use a third-party carrier: It is also possible to use a third-party courier or any other service that is suitable for the customer. We highly encourage that the package is appropriately insured and tracked to protect against any loss or damage during transit. The shipping costs, in this case, will also be borne by the customer.
Your money will be returned to you within 14 days of your cancellation. However, your refund may be delayed if we have not yet received the goods or proof that you have returned the goods.
For orders of massage chairs received online or by telephone (and where no visit to our showroom has taken place), Komoder reserves the right to deduct transport costs from the purchase amount. The costs for the service of returning the product are depending on your location.
Product Warranty & Repair
In case the purchased product has broken down, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to discuss the details necessary for the repair work. If the fault is unknown or hard to fix at the client’s location, the product will be transported to KOMODER’s maintenance and repair department. All transportation, packaging, and repair costs will be covered by KOMODER.
Settling of Disputes
By using our website (by visiting it or buying products off it), the user agrees that the laws shall govern the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and KOMODER LTD. All conflicts shall be settled in a friendly manner. If this should fail, then the dispute shall be brought before a court of law, in accordance with the laws in force.
KOMODER will observe the confidentiality of individuals and will not collect or use personal data except if such data is supplied willingly to KOMODER by the individual in question. Please let us know via e-mail email@example.com if you do not want your data to be retained.
The data will be used with a view to developing the product and promoting sales. In any cases not mentioned above, the data will not be sold to or shared with any third party.
